As Social Media Manager you will assist in the delivery, and on-going adjustment of the social media strategy as part of a wider marketing communications strategy. An opportunity has now arisen for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our leading Finance division. This role will involve administration of all receipts relating to customer payments (cheques, BACS, credit cards, transfers) while maintaining a close working relationship with Credit Control within agreed KPIs. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Processing Receipts Reconciling, posting and allocating all payments received on an invoice/booking basis from hoteliers and third party agents. Managing and sending all key finance communications eg. Amendments, reminders & invoice notifications Client Relations Establishing a close working relationship with Credit Control to ensure timely resolution of payment queries and for large hotel chains, establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with their Finance teams to ensure timely resolution of payment queries Supplier Payment Systems Developing a detailed understanding of a hotel chains’ internal systems and processes that produce the payment statements received from hotels.
